Lars Robert Isaacson

Lars Robert Isaacson has been an licensed attorney since 1990. He is a former state felony prosecutor, and has tried many cases involving felony DWI, family violence and other charges. While in law school, Lars Isaacson did a judicial externship with a Circuit Judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

 Upon graduation, Lars Isaacson clerked for the Chief Judge of the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. He has argued cases before the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth, Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans and the United States Supreme Court. He has published appellate opinions in both regional state and federal appellate reporters. Lars Isaacson has represented clients and tried cases to judge and jury in many different locations- from the Kailua-Kona Hawaii Family Court (located in a building right above a liquor store) to the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Texas.

Hawaii Federal Attorney Lars Isaacson is a member of the State Bars of Hawaii, Texas and New Mexico (inactive). He is licensed to practice in the federal districts of the Eastern District of Tennessee, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, District of Hawaii and District of New Mexico. He is licensed to practice before the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense attorneys, Federal Bar Association and numerous local bar associations.
