• Client was charged as co-conspirator in very large federal white collar criminal case. After much negotiation with the Government, Client obtained seven level downward departure, and served minimal federal jail sentence despite involvement in conspiracy over $200,000,000.Represented number 2 person in high profile drug ring involving importation of over 400 kilos of cocaine. Obtained sentence less than half of Guideline range.
  
• Juvenile client accused of assault of a family member. After numerous hearings, case dismissed.
• Obtained "not guilty" jury verdict for client falsely accused of sexual assault of his own daughter.
  
• Represented defendant in high profile "Scarecrow Bank Robbery" ring. This ring allegedly robbed over 20 banks.
• Obtained large sentence reduction in drug conspiracy through "safety-valve" reduction.
